MTZ Business Solutions' access management secures your company’s buildings, car parks and grounds effectively against unauthorised access. MTZ Access defines access rights in terms of areas and times. Creating access groups makes the configuration easier. You can, however, also define individual access rights for each and every employee. In addition, you can freely combine and apply PIN codes, threat codes, biometrics, repeated access blocking, area changeover control and dual control functionalities. With MTZ Visitor, you can assign access rights to your company’s visitors. The non-contact reader technology guarantees straightforward use and administration. If a card is lost, it can be blocked at any time, without extra costs arising or your company’s security being jeopardised. |

Intrusion detection
MTZ Hazard Detection is a hazard detection system to supplement your access management, and offers a variety of break-in sensors, including motion detector and glass breakage detector. Both arming/disarming and configuration are carried out using the same hardware and software as for access control.
Building security
Das MTZ Building Security Management is a visualised surveillance and management tool for access and hazard detection systems. Building floor plans give precise information on which doors are currently open, which detectors are blocked and which sensors have been triggered. |

Time & Attendance
MTZ Time automatically calculates working times, bonus times and absence-reason times and forwards these to the respective salary system. All the calculations are tailored precisely to the working time modules and salaries that are currently in use within the company. Clearly arranged day, month or annual views provide a fast overview; any necessary corrections can be made manually.
Workflow
MTZ Webterminal creates paperless workflows for your company. Employees can use the intranet to make time bookings, to correct incorrect bookings and to plan and request absence times, such as for business trips. Superiors can use the planning overview to process requests efficiently. This simplifies routine tastks on both sides and avoids clumsy form processing. |

Integrated Solutions
All modules are easy to extend and combine with each other. The webterminal module with workflow can be added to the time-recording module, or the access control module can be combined with a car park management module and a video surveillance module. When combined, the modules fit together seamlessly to form a standardised presentation layer.
Interface problems and duplicate data entry are avoided as all the modules access the same data records, and synergy effects are optimally harnessed.
One Software - Multiple Clients
Multilinguality and multiple-client capability are important functions for internationally active companies: MTZ Business Solutions makes it possible to use one software product to manage a number of sub sidiaries: each client as well as each individual user can choose which language to use. This ensures smooth processes and effective communication on the international market.
ASP-Technology
MTZ Business Solutions runs as a web application on all common operating systems using an Application Service Provider (ASP). This technology supports provider-based concepts just as much as single-user solutions. Application software and databases are located centrally on one server, and accessed using a workstation browser and the company’s intranet. To get started, all users need to do is launch the browser, call up a module and log on using their user name and password.
